We are very proud to offer our clients a Southern Alps hunting experience the way it should be offered. 100% FAIR CHASE, FREE RANGE, alpine hunting in some of the most breathtaking country you will ever experience. We use helicopters to reach the alpine hunting areas when necessary, then its 100% up to your physical and shooting ability. Our partner has been 100% success for 7 years on all species. You will hunt hard and typically find yourself in very game rich environments. He is nicknamed the “Tahr King” for a reason.

In the Alpine, you will be living in the same kind of spike camps you will find on typical sheep/goat hunts. We have the equipment and experience to make this the most memorable hunt of your lifetime.

Average to above fitness levels are required. We can adjust to your fitness level to a degree with some areas being steeper than others. The general rule being that the fitter you are, the more you will enjoy the hunt. Hunts are based out of Christchurch (CHC). Weather in the Southern Alps is unpredictable and can delay hunting plans. We strongly suggest having at least 3 days to spare before you are due to fly out. Packages are fully outfitted and include: Accommodation, All meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, Camping equipment and utensils, Professional Guides, Full trophy care from skinning to your requirement ‘shoulder mount’ to ‘full body’ head skinning, turning the lips and ears and salting and drying the skin ready for the taxidermist, Trophy transfers to taxidermist, Full photography service with all photos/HD video put onto a CD, & Helicopter Flight time.
