We have exclusive rights to over 40,000 acres in Coleman County, near the town of Santa Anna, TX. In years past, less than 1/3 of the land has been hunted in any given year. You will find yourself immersed in gobbling turkeys that haven’t been over hunted.. The low pressure results in very high productivity and 2 day hunts typically prove to be more than adequate. We have been running 100% opportunity on 2 birds for 18 years.

These hunts are semi-guided, unless special arrangements are made prior. Your guide will escort you to a heavily scouted area and point you in the right direction, as well as discussing the typical patterns of the birds, etc.

Hunts are 2 days semi-guided. Hunters may upgrade to a 1:1 guided hunt for an additional $400.

Included: Transportation during hunt if needed (it is best to have your own vehicle on semi-guided hunts), 2 Gobblers

Not included: Lodging, meals, tips, transportation to and from Santa Anna, TX, hunting License & tags

There are multiple lodging options in Santa Anna, TX, or 4-star lodging can be provided with a partner ranch for $100/person/night. Please note: the lodging availability in Santa Anna can be limited during the hunting seasons, so early booking is recommended.
